We've known for months now that David Kugelman and John Kirkland already have the keys to the domain. All that remains to be seen is whether or not there is anything left after they pay off and/or negotiate their debts.

Regarding the pending summary judgement in New York, it is akin to trying to make hay while the sun is shining. It doesn't work in this case. The only question that remains is whether or not DGF is willing to fork over more money. We'll find out soon enough.

If they end up doing the unexpected and actually put more money where their mouth is, expect a series of filings whereby they will continue to promise to remain "passive" investors....wink wink. Everybody knows that all they care about is to continue the pump and dump game. I suppose for some investors that is better than nothing.
