VA---the dividend being paid has no connection to any MMAT catalysts in the works that could be announced hopefully in August. Dividend value is determined upon what (TRCH) and its overseers can do with oil and gas assets and hopefully includes the $250M stock sale. TRCH has tried to sell O/G before but Covid and loud screech from the Left's Green Deal tempered desire to invest in new assets.
