I agree with you completely CM.

The "proven" part of your thought experiment, as in the trial succeeded with flying colors, is worth A LOT more than $600M.

The hypothetical $600M buyout is acceptable to me tomorrow morning BEFORE Brilacidin is proven.

Obviously it is worth more than $1.43 once proven.
