$.0166 Absolutely and I believe VPLM et al understand patience/long game.

The claim against VPLM is they have never proved infringement and what a preposterous claim it is and a straw-man. HOW DO YOU PROVE INFRINGEMENT IF YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE YOUR CASE IN COURT? Judge "this is why I hate patent cases"/"are you on crack" took out the claims asserted using 101(claims are directed toward abstract subject matter)! Well, why was VPLM granted/issued those patents after years, if directed at disqualifying subject matter?

Lazy judge "...why I hate..." nipped VPLM's case @ a very preliminary stage not allowing Claim Construction. Why? During the appeal, the appl attorney stated something to the effect that VPLM didn't request Claim Construction and things might have been different had they! Request Claim Construction? Judge Albright(Waco) has it automatically scheduled and he "LOVES PATENT CASES"... How do you have someone presiding over patent cases who hates patent cases and more idiotically, STATE IT IN COURT?

Our patent system is a wreak and hopefully the American Axel/VPLM petition before the Supreme Court might be a turn in the right direction.

Lots of moving parts for VPLM and I'm looking forward to some excitement soon!
