You can't use Technical Analysis or charting on OTC scams.

The CE is normally removed after 30 days unless there are serious problems.

The CE has been in place going on 5 months - this is unheard of - plus the O/S is 3.7 Billion shares and the A/S is maxed out and there will have to be a reverse split or an increase in the A/S.

CCTL is a trips stock at best.
