I think it's actually a very good chance this was all planned. Cozen is one of the best, including internationally & to have it eliminated so Philip Morris can't use it as ammo is a super smart assassin move that could reduce the length of a trial by taking that argument off PM's table. Could've been one of their best arguments.

You think a highly awarded firm of highly awarded lawyers of HCMC would've contradicted themselves & not seen this coming when reviewing their claim before submission? The Judge wants to see the "evidence" basically what a few people have done already proving IQOS does have combustion at a very small percentage. Even a fraction of combustion will prove it infringes on HCMC patent.

The Judge believes HCMC has what what is needed and needs to submit the details now and not just saying "The IQOS product does have combustion" and that's what PM said before that HCMC claim has no real evidence or proof.
But like Riddletherip said in previous post. Cozen has extensive info available upon request of the court. Just makes me feel even more this is all part of the plan.

And once HCMC gets the Judge to move the case forward. It going to show the FDA was wrong/lied about IQOS having no combustion. I wonder what comes of that???
