I've been reading a lot of people doing this, and I think its somewhat pointless. Moving from one broker to avoid the August deadline, while all brokers are under the September deadline seems like a maze run from one dead end to another dead end. The onus is on the companies to get their mess together, and hope they become current before August, and definitely before September or it won't matter what broker one uses as no one will be able to buy.
