I found this way over my pay grade confusing.

Why would Andrew Lane, that is a wealthy shaker and mover in his industry want to park his next adventure into some holding company that is set up to help flavor of the month type pot Companies? AL is still named the CEO. He runs the joint.

And from the Synergy update it sounds like Ben has Andrew Lane.
The wording sucks. Give me the 5th grade version please!
