Not sure an exact date has been out out, but mid August multiple brokers will stop allowing purchases of OTC stocks with stop signs on them including STHC

So after that date if you have TD or Schwab at least you can no longer purchase shares and can only sell. E-Trade will allow buying till the September deadline.

But as of 9/28 Amy stop sign OTC stock will effectively be suspended with no one allowed to buy or sell those stocks.
