With the long no-news cycle, I suspected several events would be announced in a short order. Either that or one big one like GACP, or the first Bar X harvest was completed. We saw two positive signs of progress this week.

The purchase of W.W.F. increases Halo's combined Oregon grow space to 11 acres this season, with a possible 2 more at William's in the future.

More lipstick makes the pig an even sexier takeover target. With till Q4 or Q1 when LA dispensaries are open, Bar X has hopefully harvested it's 2nd and much larger crop, and Zen Tonics are selling (maybe).

IMO they're starting with the worst of the beverage concoctions (except for Bitters).

The Licensing Agreement allows Halo to exclusively license Elegance's THC-infused beverage product portfolio, including Arvo, Zen, Life Brew, High Life THC Cocktails, Island THC & Coconut Water, Stoney Island THC Cold Brew Coffee, 420 Friendly THC Lemonades, and California THC Bitters.

The first product expected to launch under the partnership is Zen THC Social Tonics in a range of four innovative flavors: Raspberry Hibiscus, Ginger Lime, Mango Habanero, and Citrus Lavender.
