At this point, R/S is not on the card, not going to happen.

Also Sep 28 deadline for becoming pink current may not apply to them if they resort SEC “Piggyback Exception Rule” that allows shell companies another 18 months. All they have to indicate they’re a shell and continue trading same as now.

I think buying at 3/4/5 may become a very good thing at some point in near future.
