I don’t know if this is dead or if this was a brilliant move by cozen to get a dismissal. I read all 23 pages and the judge totally lays out PM hand and tell HC exactly what they did and said wrong. It almost read like “I ageee with you but you didn’t word it properly”. Without a doubt it’ll dive Monday but on the other hand it don’t have far to dive at this point and I don’t think everyone is gonna take a 30k loss on this. It’ll drop but I doubt more than one or two ticks. Hopefully we will hear from HC before Monday. The judge didn’t dismiss with prejudice and gave us 14 days to ask for a refilling that meets the requirements to get what we want. It’s very intriguing the wording the judge uses in the ruling. He lays out the entire PM hand and almost says “ fix these issues, and I’ll re-evaluate my decision”.
