but there is a stockholder owned 'private' company.........no bk proceedings, so far......illiquid might be good if something good is going to happen but on the qt till the specific date. nds like? stockholders are prevented from selling their shares during the dark ages..good luck to us..too bad could transfer shares to taxable account with no tax if they allowed it..........
