These relationships that you and many others on this board have been slamming for the two years I’ve been here? “These worthless employees, no pedigree, no experience, not doing crap for the company.”

Company gets rid of said employees.

Change is finally happening, seems the company is being reshaped and cleaned up. I find it interesting that those who have been saying this needed to happen all along are now pretending that this is suddenly a problem.

I am not a big fan of Gary. But I am happy to see that he is finally listening to advice and doing what needs to be done. I have been invested in companies before with CEO's who refused to listen. It's frustrating, and it never ends. Glad to see that Gary is listening and making painful but necessary changes for the better of the company.

Better days ahead for PCTL.
