So what does that mean ?? I can’t find any rule or regulation that prohibits either a loan or purchase of shares by a family member?!
And does anybody know if and when the shares where sold, given away or and other disposal or is he still holding them ?? It is not unusual for company’s to use Boot Stapping or Borrowing money from families and friends ??!!
