Yes, my understanding is that all the checkbox are met to have the CE removed. The OTC does not need to opine on the Fins and Opinion Letter, they just need all docs to be submitted.

It's impossible to guess PPS in the short term, but it is reasonable to believe it should go higher than the 19 cents it went to earlier this year since UNSS Entrex has reached many milestones since then...and many investors have been waiting to get back in and float is even more locked.

Summer is bearish for penny stocks, so I believe it will really takeoff in early Fall, especially when revenue is announced...could be earlier still. Just my 20+ cents opinion. ;)
