The market is not liking the additional spending in the second half of the year, but I am encouraged. They are taking charges for 7nm, which means they are running lots of material. I am a bit curious about the $300M "federal" charge. Anybody know what this is about, as they mentioned GPU startup here? Are they building out Aurora or something?
It seems solid investments in accelerating the future. I am curious what they will say on Monday.
