I believe those "fake dreams" were investment in the small pharmacy that became Progressive Care. Those investments would be worth CONSIDERABLY more now than at the time of purchase. No conviction was made and no wrong doing was admitted. Judgement was voluntarily accepted. While not transparent that he was involved in the investment opportunity, if the investors are still holding, RXMD has paid off for them BIGLY!
