This is all a numbers game and how the sharks in charge of this make the quick bucks.

I agree that NSAV exchange will split out and do a separate IPO. It would be a wholly owned subsidiary of NSAV, so as NSAV stockholders we do see benefit in the exchange, but if we want to reap the actual benefits of the exchange we would need to purchase stock in the new IPO. It is all good for the NSAV shareholders and increases the value of what we currently own IMO.
