DGWR is targeting acquisitions to complement COWI.

It'll be the powerhouse supply for what COWI wants to accomplish and massive growth is needed to get there. This sort of mutual relationship will see both benefit in the short to long term, DGWR will reap some of the success of COWI and COWI will save costs funnelling it's supply through DGWR. Not "just a garbage company" anymore.
