I am assuming what is meant is up-listing from OTC Pink to OTCBB/OTCQX (Top tier of the OTC),or meant NASDAQ, but the time is probably the same for either.


Takes about 4-6 weeks to process a listing application? to up-list?.?I??f there are no issues may be shorter.

Full Audits take Appox. three months from beginning to end, One month for planning, one month to assess the adequacy of internal controls, compliance, testing of transactions, records etc., and 1 month (appox) to prepares the audit report and financials.

However, BZWR is a small company so it may be shorter.
