Not objecting to posing the question, but am objecting to the "standard narrative" comment because its objectively not true. There is no "narrative" that this liquidated company is liquidated. Remember how difficult a time some are having accepting here, so these false hope comments set people back.

I am sure there are many examples. The problem is you are rejecting simple obvious statements "there will be no recovery for equity shareholders" and asking people to hunt around for a similar scenario to find "evidence" that the simple obvious statements made by the company are true. I don't have a list of companies that that tried to recapitalize and then switched to liquidation.
