Actually here in Canada I can go to 5 decimals on some stocks. I was able to get PDSC at $.00015 and place an order for SMMW today at $.00003. Sometimes they kick the orders out 15 minutes later which usually means that market makers are still interested in the cheap shares. I'll see if they will let an order for AUGC stand tomorrow at $.00003. If they won't then it could be a sign that something positive could come along.
