Finally. Someone that knows how this game works!! That’s exactly what this is screaming and what the company has told us. The dilution has not started yet…this is just the process to get it where they want it to start that process. At some point soon this is going to dilute….with a much stronger chance for them to run it higher before they start. If they are going to RS then they have 3.5 billion more to dilute before doing it to maximize their cap raise. Since the RS is in process my guess is they run it up next week. May start it tmrw. Don’t be shocked if it comes out of nowhere
