They can have money today and more money tomorrow. They bought those shares in the double and triple zeros. If I had 50-100 million, I wold be selling some now too. Lots of things to buy while waiting for the millions to come. It all depends on how much money you want to have, and in the small chance it doesn't materialize, they still have taken out money.
