No need to reduce it, thats already been done over the years. Just last year when everyone tightened their purse strings ORC dropped the dividend to .05 cents then bumped it up realizing they were out of REIT compliance so here we sit at .065 cents when years prior ORC was paying .14 cents.

All in all a $5.00 stock paying .065 cents is a LOT better than many bluechips
