Traders can up the ante at anytime. The stock market it a participatory system. If enough people want a stock to go up, they will make it go up as evidenced by Wall Street Bets. Or be patient and let events unfold for themselves and go long. This is not a day trade. Anyone interested in one can find one. In fact, a good trader has the ability to make money on any given day of the week in any type of market. You just need to identify the type of stock that can provide the opportunity.
