Why the heavier buying, as you say,

because.........?

If you say "cold weather", well, you all have been saying that for months now. This is a clear "PR machine" company, as a past SH, I am quite aware of what has been going on.
This stock is a good entry at high .002's, and a good ol dump at mid .04's, period. This stock will most likely never hit .01 again, but if it nosedives again, as it has been doing, I'll sucker in for a quick trade.
