I found this explanation on Twitter; thanks for kick-starting the thought process...

I spent some time reading Glassdoor on $WISH. Look what I came across.

It appears many of the insider selling (including employees who would have added to the selling pressure) was to pay for taxes.

The company admitted in a public forum insider information (which is no longer insider information b/c it was posted publicly) that they are reorganizing high levels of management (i.e. the CFO who messed up on the RSU settlement issue causing A LOT of loss money per employee)
