The insiders have MILLIONS to dump-out of before Miguel FILES THE BK !!

They're giving a "courtesy" IMO to suckered Old Man Murphy and a few others to DUMP-OUT NOW and then we (Migual the ONE MAN USRM BAD SHOW) he will file the BK and then the shares go worthless as bad dirt :)

NO more "stem cell clinics" making USRM-a-CON just a lousy $269 a month rent-a-desk and a corp website FULL of just plain fraud and lies (Fancy white lab coats in vast laboratories plastered all over that site of bullshit w/ claims of WORLD LEADING MEDICAL RESEARCH and "our products" and "our business divisions we run" blah blah) - NO ONE can even say what actual "business" this scam now conducts or engages-in on a day to day basis?

WHAT the hell actual "business" does USRM and Miguel actually "do" now on any given day besides PAY LAWYERS FOR ENDLESS DEFAULTED DEBTS OWED LAWSUITS he FAILED to properly disclose in recent SEC filings - WHAT ?
