Could be wrong, of course, but betting on these newest mask mandates, as being a prelude to not opening schools.
IMO, they couldn't just come out with that, out of the blue. Needs a build up.
Sincerely hope that is wrong. But the Union...
(In certain states, that is.)

Being led around by people who tell you what you want to hear, is not only dangerous, it's not much of a trading strategy.
