So in other words bots can't sell their stake in Everything BlockChain for another two years?



They could sell their 250,000 Class B Preferred shares (e.g. to another company or Qualified Private Investor), the shares just can't be converted to 2,500,000 common shares for two years.

As of yesterday, that investment is worth about $16 million.
