Exactly how has management reporting "seem transparent in keeping shareholders informaed"???
Normally a company (private or public) being acquired by a public company has to provide 2 types of finacials prior to acquisition
1. Prior year reporting
2. most current reporting of the business to be acquired - quarter (that would be the Jan. thru March quarter).
We've seen none of those reports on Helio.
How about the basics like employee count for Helio. How about Helio's level of indebitedness versus level of comparable securities (block chain held in backstop for the loans Helio has done to companies - and at what level does the backstopped cryptp used as colateral.
