Lordy!!! When the authorized got moved to 2 billion shares, there was an out crying of immediate dilution of hundreds of millions of shares. Anyone can look back and see where that BS was coming from!

Now GCAN can't issue a single share unless it goes through a registration process with the SEC.

Now the BS has proven the BS to be just that, BULLSHIT!
