Looks like tasting the dirty SUB ONE CENT ZONE = the "new normal" right up until they file the BK on this dead shell now - NO stem cell clinics left and a $269 a month rent-a-desk and enough DEFAULT DEBTS OWED and LAWSUITS for DEBTS OWED to choke a lawsuit factory :)

Looks like VERY REAL POSSIBILITY that clown Tomas and the gang might have VIOLATED A FEDERAL COURT INJUNCTION as issued by Judge Ungaro and backed by the 11th circuit court of appeals - and also is dabbling in "COVID treatment" magic stem cell scams at the clinic = uh oh !!!

We said all along the "Sean Berman" kid "cryo bank dump" was suspect and shady and dirty as a road-side gas station toilet seat from the start - well the FEDS know all about it and ADDED IT TO THEIR FINAL CASE SUMMARY in freaking CA Federal District Court.

ALL USRM manufactured SVF per judge Ungaro in the federal district court of FL ordered it NOT TO BE TOUCHED, MOVED, HANDLED etc and Mikey Mike Miguel Michael Tomas as CEO of U.S. Stem Cell Inc Sunrise FL - HE cut it loose and via surrogate Sean Berman who then promptly SOLD IT INTO THE "STREAM OF COMMERCE" and "ACROSS STATE LINES" and used the USPS POSTAL SERVICE to mail the ILLEGAL DRUGS and that be "SELLING ADULTERATED DRUGS" and "SHIPPING ILLEGAL DRUGS" across state lines, which last time I checked is a FELONY :)

The 11th circuit 100% confirmed that ALL SVF product held by USRM was "adulterated and misbranded" and that was to be inventoried, labeled, cataloged and left UNMOVED and UNTOUCHED and was deemed by thee United States federal court to be an "ILLEGAL DRUG" and was then to be DESTROYED by the FDA !!

BUT...but...but one Mike Tomas w/ pal Sean Berman SOLD IT ALL FOR A PRICE back to "customers" (social media said $500 bucks a dose and they'd ship it to anyone, anywhere, no questions asked- and I have captures of those social media statements) - THEY SOLD ADULTERED ILLEGAL DRUGS DRUGS DRUGS boys n girls LMAO !!
