Honey, take it up with the BOD. You're trying to blame us for what was passed, and we don't have the juice to change what the majority shareholders (a.k.a. friendly) do on behalf of whomever purchased the 10's of millions of shares at or above $2.50 and the $18M raise.

You need to know who your audience is, and it's not us.

We blame you for your incessant investment advice, in spite of the fact that you're not a licensed financial professional, broker or planner. Invest your own money as you will, just quit instructing us to follow your "advice," b/c you've been as wrong about this stock as most of us. It's just we're willing to own our decisions, try and fix it, and not incessantly whine and complain about it.
