I just feel it is such a double standard to criticize me but yet give Mc a free pass. My brain will never be able to compute that. I, yes ME, was the one trying to find sound solutions AS things were happening. Not armchair quarterbacking but actually presenting scenario after scenario of how things could /should at least be considered to help investors - in the moment.

I did not pull rugs out from under investors multiple times, I did not declare design freeze when it wasn't, I did not put out timelines and cost estimates qtr after qtr after qtr and then PULL them. I did not say I was PROUD of my team for their transparency. I did not do a fund raise when a week before I said cash on hand was just fine. I did not state FDA submittal year after year after year.

I did not ask for (and get) a repricing on my freebies. I did not get freebies. I did not hand Aspire over 1.6M shares as freebies to buy upon demand and then hardly use them.

Them thar are ALOT of free passes pal - LOTS. In conclusion, I did not force a vote for a 2nd (YES SECOND) r/s so soon after the June 2018 r/s decimated loyal shareholders. Guess we have different views as to what value-add for shareholders from a CEO really means !! GLTY
