Well, I don't want to get political, but cloth masks work, but the N95 masks also work. There is no real actual debate about either of those issues. However, I would agree that communication on how they work, why they work, and why they should be worn has not been great, and the previous administration did politicize it, and it became political, that is, partisan. However, none of that really impacts SPRV at this time, except for the possibility that it may increase some demand for medical care in a general sense and then make medical REITs a little more interesting, though to be a REIT, they actually have to file the S-11, which is unclear if they have done. Yes, I know they said they did, but there isn't even an acknowledgement of the confidential filing on EDGAR, which I think there should be (though I am not totally convinced on that point).

It's hard to trust SPRV with Strickland handling the quarterly reports. The Q2 report was poorly done. If becoming a REIT means they have to file 10-Q's and 10-K's, then that could be a problem, as the SEC cares more about those reports than OTC Markets cares about its disclosure. If they get rid of Strickland, or have someone else do the disclosures/reports, then there should be greater trust in what this company says.
