We know that the company has been getting outside help from Rosen and likely others.

We know qualified and experienced hands have been getting involved, such as Sheldon Smith, Art Abraham, Mike Iorlano, etc. Each of them have extensive proven experience.

Perhaps after review of the situation it was determined that these two were weak points that needed to be replaced?

You can't have it both ways... for a long time you have been highly critical of Marion and Bill.

Change is a process... we are seeing it happening as steps are being taken to transform PCTL for the better.
