I have a physical NSAV share certificate since 0.0001. As you can imagine, I have here a huge return.

My problem is that I cannot dematerialize it anywhere, because it is under the DTC CHILL, and they do not accept it anywhere.

Transfer Agent cant do nothing

Any suggest about what can i do?
