As I posted before, I asked an expert about Eddie issuing restricted SUTI shares. That was May 28th. The reply I received was--

"What Eddie's doing is almost certainly selling to toxic lenders. That way, he gets the money immediately."

IMO it's not "almost certainly"... it's guaranteed.
