Easiest way to do a merger or partnership is with trading shares with little cash involved, hoping that’s what’s going on here now. Been holding 20+m for years now waiting for the big move seen couple small moves over the years. Now looking good for a larger move, with the talking of Fed making it legal and all the free money floating around , now as good of time as any for that move up.
