Legal Letter Status.

I understand from Watkins (yesterday) that once Paul updated the OTC with Statements yesterday (which becomes the legal record) the lawyer reviews that they are indeed what they are opining on. Once confirmed the legal letter is updated and then simply OTC to confirm receipt (not approve).

Yesterday Watkins told me the LOL "should be" in Paul's inbox when he returned to his office.
