Im so glad I sold this when it had that pop up above 3.00. After they filed that they were doing a placement at a price of 1.55 it just didnt make sense really why not sell above $3 when you know they are giving shares away at $1.55 With warrants. Anyone that read the filing knew if the shares were being sold at a 50% discount it would only bring the price back down. Now with the talk of a reverse split it just look scammy dilution is pollution. I like the product but the share structure and management just dont look right imo. Good luck I hope they dont dilute too much again.
