The SEC intervening to protect shareholders IS uncommon. Most aren't having the problem Kate is in complying with the new rule. As has been noted, the original reports had to be amended and then the amended reports had to be amended.

Hopefully, for shareholders, the Atty Letter will be accepted and QEDN will get Current Status this week. If not, yet another round of reports will have to be submitted.
