I love your analogy.

Makes perfect sense seeing that Bots had to buy a company to get a product to get and utilize a patent they may or may not make money off of by being a patent troll. A patent that they didn't work on and no one form the inside of BOTS has ever made a product that they can claim IP rights to nor have any of them created anything to make money off of.

Which if you really thing about it you need to add cheating "bullies" that take your lunch money in H.S. to complete your analogy.
