Looked through the last filing for the company from 2012:

They did a RS in 2008 and 2010 and they have a large outstanding convertible debt. They need to not only get reinstated but actually have a plan otherwise I believe this will RS again

Just my 2 cents, price right now is attractive just not sure if its a good bet, RISKY
