However, voting control has shifted to Mike Hawkins via Overwatch Partners and Epic Industries which together own 150,000 shares of OBTX Series A Preferred stock that converts to 7,500,000 shares of common stock in two years but until then exercises 1,000 votes per share (i.e. 150,000,000 votes total). The Series B shares exercise 50 votes/share
