Dan Byrnes refuses to hand over the company books so that the new management can update financial filings. Dan hasn't done any filings in 5 years. The Plaintiffs whom forced the Special SRSR meeting (which they won) are now suing Byrnes in Nevada court hopefully soon he will be forced to hand over the books.

Dan has been nothing but a plague on this stock. He has numerous liens on his house. What does that say about him? Glad their is a new team at the helm of the ship!
