I cannot remember the last time that the SEC made comments like this...Wish all of you the BEST of LUCK!!! We are now a LUCKY SHELL...did you hear that LUCKY! A shell with zero revenue since March 2020.

The SEC wised us the best of luck? WOWSA...The SEC never does this...make comments like "We wish you all the best of luck!"

It is kind of like an SEC BLESSING...WOWSA.

OK Guys listen to the education talk for a minute, and then we go rock and roll today.

1. There are not 2 CIKs for ACCR. The CIK 0001041588 is for the Company. The CIK 0001557361 is my personal CIK for Patrick J Jensen. I report MY HOLDINGS here. This is a CIK that Patrick obtained for himself years ago. Anyone, can apply to the SEC, and have their own CIK. I got the 0001557361 about 5 years ago or so. The SEC is very helpful, and are so nice...unless you do WRONG...and then the Charter can be REVOKED if you lie to the SEC.



2. I ceded control of ACCR to Meihua XU yesterday, for the FINAL time.

OK, got it? Sorry for the public explanation, OK? It is time to TURN THE PAGE...

Just remember, anyone can get their own CIK with the SEC, just call them, and ASK for one.

I am always making mistakes. Today, I am praying to GOD for the forgiveness of all my sins....The SEC has wished ACCR GOOD LUCK!!!
